           1.        Vehicle Return Policy
Customers have the option to return a vehicle within 15 days of delivery, provided the vehicle remains in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Any signs of excessive wear, damage, or modification may void the return policy or result in additional charges. Please note that return requests must be accompanied by valid documentation and will be subject to inspection before approval.
           2.        Liability for Interior Damage During Test Drives
Any unintentional or intentional damage to the interior of the vehicle during a test drive will result in a penalty. Customers will be charged GHS 5,000.00 in addition to the mechanic’s repair estimate. We urge customers to treat the vehicles with care and respect during test drives to avoid penalties.
           3.        Insurance Coverage for Test Drives
Customers who request insurance coverage for test drives are fully protected from any liability for damages caused by third parties. In the event that another vehicle is involved in an accident during the test drive, customers will not be held responsible for damages to either Baron Autos’ vehicle or the third party’s vehicle. Customers who opt out of insurance coverage will be liable for any damages incurred during the test drive.
           4.        Right to Refuse Service
Baron Autos reserves the right to refuse service to any potential client at its sole discretion. This includes instances where a customer’s behavior, conduct, or circumstances suggest that the business relationship may not be in the best interest of Baron Autos or its staff. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our business and the protection of both our clients and assets. By engaging with Baron Autos, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
